Office administrative staff and unassigned technical staff will observe the holidays listed below :

New Year's Day

Memorial Day

Last Monday in May

Independence Day

4th July

Labour Day

First Monday in September

Thanksgiving Day

Fourth Thursday in November

Christmas Day

25th December


Full-time regular employees will receive pay for the holidays at their regular standard rate. If a holiday  falls on Sunday, the office will normally be closed the following Monday. Holidays that occur on Saturday will be observed on the preceding Friday.

Holiday Policy for Technical Staff who are working at Client-sites
All technical staff working at client-site are required to observe the holiday policy of the client.  Employees will not be eligible for holidays pay unless they work the scheduled day before and after holiday or are taking scheduled vacation. Those on leave-of-absence are not eligible for holiday pay  occuring during their leave.


All newly hired employees will be eligible for 5 vacation days only after completing six months of  employment with the company. Thereafter vacation credit will accure to all eligible employees for each full month of service, at the following rate :

Length of continued Service No. of vacation days per year

Upto 3 years of service 10 working days
4th and 5th year of service 12 working days
6th and 7th year of service 15 working days
After 7 years of service 20 working days
