Bench Policy

Bench is the period where a consultant has not been assigned to any project and is considered to be idle. This may occur at any time during the course of one's employment wit a corporation. It may happen  more than once during the course of one's employment.

Some corporation follow a structure of graded remuneration to its staff on bench - or in the form of allowance of x $ / week.

The remuneration policy at INFOWEB global Inc. requires it to pay full salary on bench. INFOWEB global Inc., pays full salary to its consultants as if the consultant is on project.

 SPONSORSHIP FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY

INFOWEB global Inc. offers its consultants the option of sponsoring for Green Card or Permanent  Residency to enable the consultants who are interested in their plan for a long term working careers in the United States of America. INFOWEB global Inc. offers to reimburse the cost of such sponsorship to  its consultants.
